Campaigns & briefs

Write a brief that gives the AI useful direction

A practical prompt structure, with an example you can adapt.

Give the planner six ingredients#

  • Subject: exactly what you are promoting and what must remain accurate.
  • Audience: who should recognise themselves in the campaign.
  • Goal: a booking, enquiry, purchase or memorable introduction.
  • Visual direction: setting, lighting, pace and composition.
  • Message: the main point, approved claims and any exact spoken words.
  • Ending: one clear action and anything that must not appear.

Example: a short restaurant film#

Put your factual description in What should we know? Use Your high-level script for the sequence and feeling. Add exact prices, locations or offers in the available detail fields.

AN EXAMPLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Create a calm vertical film for a neighbourhood coffee shop. Show espresso pouring into an ivory cup, then a close-up of the crema in warm morning light. Keep the camera slow and the setting uncluttered. Use natural café sound, with no spoken dialogue. End with the caption “Make time for your morning.” Do not invent a price, location or opening hours.

Use references with a purpose#

Upload clear photographs of the real subject when the workflow supports them. A webpage import is a starting point: review its extracted details because it may omit information or pick up unrelated text. You can enter the brief manually if import fails.

Mechgram uses your industry and supplied brand context to propose directions. It does not independently verify claims, stock availability, property measurements or legal permissions.

Refine the plan before spending on media#

Review the proposed scenes and tighten them. One readable action per short scene is often easier to follow than several rapid transformations. Put exact narration and short captions into the plan, then approve it before requesting the generation quote.

Features and availability can change. Check your workspace and exact quote before confirming work. For legal terms and data handling, see our Terms and Privacy notice.
