Payments and transaction support
EchelonMind Ltd sells Mechgram Coins, operates Mechgram and handles customer support, refunds and applicable customer taxes. Stripe securely processes card payments through Standard Checkout. Coin purchases are available to UK and US customers. Prices are charged in GBP and include applicable tax. UK purchases include 20% UK VAT; US purchases do not include UK VAT. Choose your actual billing country before checkout and use the matching billing address. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fees. Checkout shows the final amount before payment. Enter your real billing address; purchase-country restrictions apply. For a purchase made under earlier terms, its saved contract and payment receipt identify the applicable seller and payment arrangement.
Your account and source material
Mechgram provides adults with cloud AI tools for marketing campaigns. Keep your account secure. Upload only material you have the right to use, including permission where a person’s identity is involved. Do not submit unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal data.
Campaign tools
Mechgram combines campaign planning, campaign photos and films, Video Studio and Creative Suite within your workspace. Creative Suite uses your campaign direction and relevant brand or reference material. You receive application features and finished outputs, not API keys or direct access to supplier endpoints. Each quote shows the selected tool, supported settings, availability and coin cost before you confirm. Supplier safeguards and content restrictions continue to apply.
Coins, quotes and delivery
Coins are non-transferable prepaid app usage units, not cryptocurrency, an investment or a bank account. There is no subscription or automatic customer top-up. Purchased coins have no scheduled expiry. Your wallet is credited after payment is verified. Buying coins does not start generation. Planning and each generation require a separate, itemised quote and confirmation. Quotes normally expire after ten minutes. Confirmation reserves the stated coins; delivered work settles the reservation. New versions need a new quote. No delivery deadline or advertising result is guaranteed; job progress and failures are shown in your workspace.
Failures and payment reversals
Confirmed failures release the relevant coin reservation. Unknown provider outcomes stay under review and are not automatically submitted again. Partial delivery is accounted for per output. Payment refunds or disputes adjust the corresponding purchased coins and may restrict further spending. Already downloaded files remain subject to applicable rights and provider terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Consumers can notify us of cancellation within 14 days starting the day after the purchase contract is made. You expressly request immediate access at checkout; a proportionate charge may apply for services you separately request and we supply before cancellation. Using some coins does not waive rights over your entire purchase. You may also request a refund of unused purchased coins after that period. Their value is based on the original pack price, less previous refunds; promotional coins have no cash value. For example, 400 unused coins from a £19 / 1,900-coin pack represent £4.00 before previous refunds. Running jobs must settle before their final usage is known. Successfully delivered work is not normally refundable merely because you change your mind. Statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services remain available.
How to cancel or raise a problem
Use Purchases and refunds in your coin wallet, or send support a clear cancellation statement with your account email and order number. The optional model form is available at /cancellation. You do not have to use it or give a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right. Contact contactus@mechgram.com for product or payment assistance. Do not send card details. We acknowledge your request and review usage and payment records. A request does not itself issue a refund or stop a running job. Avoid further use while it is reviewed. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it is returned without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period after notice, through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Mechgram does not impose a refund administration fee. A saved purchase confirmation includes these terms and your immediate-access request.
Acceptable use and output rights
Do not create unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, scams, hateful or violent abuse, or advertising that infringes others’ rights. Do not bypass moderation or workspace security. Accounts may be restricted during misuse or fraud investigations. Review generated content for factual accuracy, permissions, advertising rules and brand accuracy before publication. AI output may resemble other material. Provider rules apply. Exclusive ownership, legal clearance and any particular sales result are not guaranteed.
Generation supplier conditions
Users must be at least 18. Keep documented consent for submitting an identifiable person’s likeness or voice and for the intended output use. No surveillance, biometric identification, safety circumvention, API redistribution or competing-model training is permitted. Higgsfield’s applicable API restrictions and model-partner conditions govern its generated outputs; Higgsfield is an intended beneficiary of these supplier protections. Provider outputs carry no promise of accuracy or exclusivity. All restrictions, disclaimers and liability limits remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Creative plans and audio
Planning, images, videos and editing are separately priced before confirmation. Review scenes, claims, references and exact spoken lines before confirming a quote. Supplied facts are not independently verified. Narration uses an AI-generated voice. Captions use approved text and are not automatically timed word by word. Available formats, resolution, audio options and limits are shown in the app. Eligible completed clips can be joined into a finished-film download without another generation charge.
Files and account closure
Download new generated media within 60 days of completion. New source images may expire 60 days after upload when no active job needs them. Files created under the earlier 90-day schedule keep their recorded expiry dates; in-use brand logos stay with their brand kit. Video Studio source clips and intermediate narration become eligible for deletion after seven days once active work settles. Coin expiry and file retention are separate. Account settings provide export and closure. Unused paid balances, running work and unresolved payments need settlement before closure. Required financial records remain subject to the privacy notice.
Service changes and statutory rights
Generation may pause for outages, funding checks, safety or maintenance. Availability is checked before confirmation. New quotes may use revised tariffs; confirmed reservations are not increased without a new confirmation. Material policy changes will be communicated where required. These terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights, including protections that apply in your country of residence.
