Cancellation & refunds
Consumers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days starting the day after the purchase contract is made. You can use the wallet form, email a clear statement, or use the optional form below. You do not need to give a reason for a statutory cancellation.
If you requested immediate access and then separately confirmed services, a proportionate charge may apply for services already supplied. Using part of a pack does not waive your rights over the entire purchase. Unused purchased coins can also be reviewed for a refund after the cancellation period. Statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services remain.
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it is returned without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period after notice, through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Mechgram does not impose a refund administration fee. Contact Mechgram with your order number for payment support. For an older purchase, its receipt identifies the original payment arrangement.

Send to contactus@mechgram.com. Include your account email so we can locate the order. Never send card details. A request does not automatically refund a payment or stop a running job; avoid further use while it is reviewed.
