Reset your password, export data or close an account

Recover account access#

A recovery message does not reveal whether someone else has an account. If the message is missing, check spam and your email spelling. Keep reset links private.

1. Choose Forgot your password? on the login page or open the recovery page.
2. Request a reset for your Mechgram email and follow the latest email link.
3. Choose a new password and sign in through the normal login page.

Download your account information#

Account & security → Download account data exports your profile, campaign briefs, brand kits and transaction history as a data file. Download generated images and videos separately from the asset library or campaign.

Export and check the files you want to keep before requesting closure. An account-data export is not a video backup.

Resolve outstanding activity before closing#

Settle active jobs, unresolved purchases, payment disputes and unused purchased coins with support first. The closure form may block until these are resolved.

Confirm account ownership using the offered password or single-use email flow, then type the confirmation shown in the form. Closure revokes sign-in and queues private media and campaign data for removal. Required financial records may remain.

Deletion from live storage does not mean older encrypted backups disappear immediately. Read the current Privacy notice for retention details and contact the privacy address there with questions.
