Download a campaign and prepare it for publishing

Choose the right export#

Downloading an existing completed asset does not use generation coins. Generating a replacement or requesting a new paid render is a different action.

• Individual asset: download a completed image or video from the campaign or asset library.
• Campaign package: use Download campaign for the available bundle. Larger media may need individual downloads because package sizes are bounded.
• Campaign film: eligible sets of two to five completed campaign video scenes can be joined with their audio and captions.
• Video Studio: download the finished film once its render completes.

Review the finished file#

1. Watch the whole video with sound or inspect the image at full size.
2. Check product details, faces, text, captions, narration, claims and the call to action.
3. Confirm dimensions and framing suit your chosen destination. Keep important content clear of that platform’s overlays.
4. Check permissions and any AI disclosure requirements for your destination before posting.
5. Save a local or cloud copy you control.

Keep your own publishing archive#

New generated media has a 60-day retention schedule from completion. Files created under the earlier 90-day schedule keep their recorded expiry dates. Video Studio source clips and temporary editing material have a shorter seven-day schedule. Download promptly; do not use Mechgram as your only archive.

The account-data export contains structured information, not all media files. Download media separately before closing an account.
