Using references, people and private material responsibly

Understand upload permissions, AI processing and what a private workspace means.

Check your permission before uploading#

  • Use photographs, videos, logos, voices and music that you own or are authorised to process.
  • Obtain appropriate consent for identifiable people, especially character transformations and reference-based animation.
  • Do not fabricate a person’s endorsement or present an imagined property or product feature as real.
  • Keep unnecessary confidential, sensitive or personal information out of prompts and reference media.

Private access is different from AI processing#

Your workspace restricts access to saved campaign content. Creating or analysing media can still send prompts, selected references, frames or speech to the services that perform the work.

Do not assume that a private workspace means no external processing, no retention or a no-training agreement. Read the current Privacy notice for the named services and their data-use position before submitting material.

Review rights and accuracy before publication#

AI-generated output can contain mistakes or resemble existing material. Mechgram does not guarantee exclusive ownership, factual accuracy, advertising compliance or permission from everyone depicted.

Review the published Terms, the rights in your source material and the rules of your publication channel. Ask support if a workflow’s data handling is unclear; a general help article cannot grant permission to use someone else’s work or likeness.

Features and availability can change. Check your workspace and exact quote before confirming work. For legal terms and data handling, see our Terms and Privacy notice.
