Verify your email address

Check verification in Account & security#

1. Sign in and open Account & security.
2. Read the email status. If it is unverified, choose Send verification email when available.
3. Open the latest message for that account and complete its confirmation page.
4. Return to Account & security to check the verified status, then retry the blocked action.

Signing in and verifying are related, but different#

A successful sign-in does not mean every provider has supplied a verified email claim. The status shown inside Mechgram is the one used for coupons and paid generation.

If Mechgram offers Verify with Google for your account, use the Google identity for the same email and follow the confirmation flow. Do not connect a different identity simply to get around a verification message.

If the message or link does not work#

• Check the exact email shown on the account and look in spam or junk folders.
• Use the newest message. Verification links are time-limited and may be single-use.
• For a social sign-in confirmation, finish in the browser that started the flow when instructed.
• If sending is temporarily unavailable, wait for the availability message to clear or contact support.
• If you no longer control that mailbox, contact support instead of sharing the link or creating duplicate accounts.
