Redeem a private coin coupon

Redeem the code in your wallet#

1. Sign in to the intended Mechgram account.
2. Open Account & security and make sure the email is verified.
3. Open Mechgram Coins, enter the eight-digit code exactly as received and submit it.
4. Check the confirmation and wallet activity for the credited amount.

Keep private codes private#

Codes are issued by Mechgram and may be limited to a particular email, a redemption count or an expiry date. A code that works for another person may not be eligible for your account. Use the amount and conditions supplied with your code; not every promotion grants the same number of coins.

A coupon is not an automatic free tier, and promotional coins have no cash purchase value. Do not post someone else’s private code publicly or create extra accounts to bypass its limits.

If the code is rejected#

Repeated attempts can be rate-limited. If you contact support, share your account email and the error through the official support channel, not a public comment.

• “Verify your email”: complete verification in Account & security, then return to the wallet.
• Already redeemed: check your transaction history; repeating the same code does not add another gift.
• Invalid, expired or unavailable: check all eight digits and any conditions supplied with the code.
• Email-restricted: use the intended account. Ask support to check eligibility instead of creating a duplicate account.
