How Mechgram Coins work
Understand available coins, reservations, completed work and returned balances.
A balance for creative work#
Mechgram Coins are prepaid usage units within Mechgram. They are not cryptocurrency, transferable money or a subscription. Creating an account does not automatically give you free generation coins.
Different actions have different prices. AI campaign planning has its own displayed cost. Images, videos, Creative Suite outputs, Video Studio analysis and final renders are priced separately. Existing asset downloads do not use generation coins.
Follow the movement in your wallet#
| Activity | What it means |
|---|---|
| Purchase or coupon | Coins added after payment verification or an eligible redemption. |
| Reservation | Coins set aside when you confirm a priced action; your available balance falls. |
| Delivered work | The reservation settles for the completed action. It is not charged a second time. |
| Confirmed failure | The applicable held coins are released once. |
| Refund or payment reversal | Purchased coins are adjusted. Spent reversed coins can leave an amount to resolve before more spending. |
Plan a budget in stages#
Budget for planning first, then the media you select. A full campaign does not have one universal coin price. Review the actual settings and quantities rather than calculating cost from a promotional example.
Purchased coins currently have no scheduled expiry under the published policy. Media has a separate retention schedule: a coin balance is not permanent file storage. Promotions can have their own eligibility conditions.
