Sign in with Google, Microsoft or email

Use your existing account#

For a new email/password account, use Create account and a password of at least twelve characters. A Google or Microsoft password belongs in that provider’s sign-in page, not in Mechgram’s password field.

1. Open Log in and choose your connected Google or Microsoft account, or enter your Mechgram email and password.
2. Complete the provider’s sign-in and any account confirmation shown by Mechgram.
3. Check the account email in Settings if the workspace or balance looks unfamiliar.

Connect a second method deliberately#

While signed in to the workspace you want to keep, open Settings → Your sign-in methods. Choose Connect Google or Connect Microsoft and finish that provider’s flow.

Do not assume that signing in with a different provider or address will merge workspaces. Connect from inside the intended account. If another account already owns the identity, ask support before creating more accounts.

If sign-in does not return you to the app#

Use the latest sign-in flow in the same browser and return to Mechgram through its normal login page. Expired or denied authorisation may need a fresh attempt.

An error such as redirect_uri_mismatch or an unavailable provider can require a Mechgram configuration fix. Send support the error text and time; never send passwords, temporary authorisation codes or complete sign-in URLs containing tokens.
