Troubleshooting

A campaign is stuck, interrupted or partly failed

Understand progress states and avoid paying for duplicate attempts.

Check the saved job, not just the open tab#

StateMeaning
PlanningThe campaign’s strategy and directions are being prepared.
QueuedThe action is waiting to be processed.
Submitted / processing / generatingThe generation has started or is being tracked.
Checking provider statusMechgram is reconciling an uncertain result; avoid submitting a duplicate.
CompletedInspect and download the delivered output.
PartialSome work succeeded and some did not. Review individual outputs.
FailedRead the error and check the relevant reservation in coin activity.

Recover from an interrupted browser#

Jobs are persisted and can continue after you leave the page. A browser error alone does not prove that the provider rejected the request. Generation times vary; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

  1. Return to Campaigns and reopen the existing campaign.
  2. Refresh its status and inspect individual jobs and assets.
  3. If the action is already queued or running, let that job continue rather than creating another.
  4. If no outcome is clear, retain the campaign link and contact support before another paid attempt.

Handle failures one output at a time#

Confirmed failed outputs release their applicable coin reservations once. Successful outputs in a partial campaign remain charged. An uncertain provider outcome can require review before the hold is settled.

A separately requested regeneration or new version has a new quote. Make a deliberate change to the brief if quality was the issue, and inspect the new price before confirming.

Features and availability can change. Check your workspace and exact quote before confirming work. For legal terms and data handling, see our Terms and Privacy notice.
