I paid, but my coins have not appeared
Check a pending purchase without paying twice.

Check the saved order first#
- Return to the same Mechgram account used to start checkout.
- Open Mechgram Coins and read the purchase status. A pending order may still be awaiting payment confirmation.
- Refresh your balance after the order becomes paid, then check the coin activity.
- Keep the order ID, receipt and the time of payment if the status does not resolve.
What the status can mean#
| Status | Next step |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment verification has not finished. Retain the order and check again. |
| Payment under review | The payment needs a support check before coins can be issued. Contact support with the order ID. |
| Expired or cancelled checkout | Check the actual receipt or bank transaction. An unfinished checkout does not grant coins. |
| Paid but balance looks unchanged | Confirm the account, reload the wallet and inspect purchases and reservations. |
| Refunded or disputed | Coins may have been reversed. Follow the receipt and contact support about any discrepancy. |
Send useful evidence#
Contact support from your account email with the order ID, amount, currency and a description of the status. A redacted screenshot of the error can help. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or sign-in links.
Payment receipts and a pending bank authorisation are not always the same as a settled purchase. Support can compare the order and payment records. No fixed resolution time is promised here.
