Recast: make a Mechgram clip your own

Choose one of our clips and add separate references for the supported changes.

Start with a Mechgram clip#

Recast provides ready-made source clips. Choose a scene and review the changes it supports. To transform a video of your own, use Mechgram Maya instead.

The clip preview is the original scene. It is not evidence of a completed character replacement.

Give each character the right reference#

  1. In Squad Entrance, match each reference to its slot: the first person in white, the second in black, and the woman leaving the car.
  2. Upload clear portraits or consistent character sheets for the people you want to replace. Keep identity, hair, facial hair and body details consistent.
  3. Choose the background option, or add a custom location reference where offered. Add a car reference if you want to change the car.
  4. Save the supported choices and confirm permission for the people and material shown.
  5. Review the current quote and availability before confirming generation.

Check the whole result#

Review each person throughout the clip, including turns, occlusion and the exit from the car. AI can retain or invent facial features and change details you wanted preserved.

If generation is unavailable, you can review the scene and help guide; follow the availability shown in the workspace. Do not repeatedly pay for attempts expecting a guaranteed face match. A new request has a separate quote.

Features and availability can change. Check your workspace and exact quote before confirming work. For legal terms and data handling, see our Terms and Privacy notice.
